As part of its ability to offer bespoke legal services, the firm also offers external GC (General Counsel) services to clients.
The types of clients to whom these GC services are currently provided tend largely to be start-ups and small-medium sized SMEs. Given their size, stage of development as a business and particular focus on costs, these types of clients tend not to have a full time (and often not even a part time) internal legal function.
All of our partners have significant previous experience as senior in-house lawyers across first class financial institutions active in commodities, global and local corporates, trading houses and family office funds.
As external GC, we can deal with all or any legal or regulatory aspects of each client’s business – from the simple to the more complex, and whether for advisory matters, commercial transactions or disputes.
The GC services can be structured in any manner that suits each client – as and when needed or on a full-time basis, on site or remotely, and whether general or specific to a project or transaction. The GC services can also be adapted over time, as each client’s business and its needs evolve.
Our fees structure for GC services are tailored to suit each client’s particular requirements and provided on a cost effective and competitive basis.
